VEHICLE WITH INDIVIDUAL DRIVER, TRANSPORTATION OF PERSONS.
The prices indicated in our tariffs include the VAT at the rate fixed by the regulations in force for the services of transport (*), the driver service, unlimited fuel and insurance for "people transported". Tolls, carpark expenses and meals are at the charge of the persons transported. Luggage is accepted within the limit of 30 kg per person and remains in the custody of each person transported. Upon request, a transport card can be issued to the person transported upon completion of the transportation service.
MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Espèces, chèques, cartes bancaires (Visa ou Master Car). Toute prestation de transport est payable comptant à son achèvement ; si la personne transportée possède la qualité de « client en compte », la prestation donne lieu à la facturation payable à réception, avant le 12 du mois suivant celui de son exécution. Toute réclamation n’est recevable que dans les 7 jours de l’exécution de la prestation de transport concernée. Tout différend relève des Tribunaux au lieu du Siège Social de la société Luxury Premium Services.

The transportation of persons for a fee is a regulated activity. Only legally authorized vehicles (Grande Remise, Occasional Transport) can perform this service. We would like to warn you against certain organizations using unlicensed cars that are out of legality and cannot offer you any guarantee.
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
EXTRACT
Our prices are expressed in Euros T.T.C. (T.V.A. 20% included). They must be agreed for 24 hours. Beyond that an extra day will be charged. Our prices include the mileage indicated on each contract, civil liability, unlimited third-party collision, fire-theft and (after deduction of the non-redeemable excess of the vehicle, when all or part of the driver's liability is incurred, or without the possibility of recourse to a third party), body damage following an accident insurance, maintenance, except the consumed fuel which remains at the tenant charge.
Any damage occurred to the upper parts of the vehicle and underbody shocks are excluded, as are goods being transported, rips and punctures of tires, parking fees, impound fees, and all other miscellaneous expenses are at the burden of the tenant when his responsibility is engaged. The specific removable material (access ramp, reels, straps, safety belts etc.) must be returned with the vehicle. Any material not returned or damaged will be charged. Window breaks are not covered. The driver will be deprived of his insurance in case of drunk driving or under the influence of narcotics.
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
Carte bancaire accréditée par Luxury Premium Services, chèque bancaire (après qualification), pièce d’identité, permis de conduire de plus de 3 ans, justificatif de domicile, un bon de commande (pour les entreprises) avec un chèque bancaire (après qualification). Dans tous les cas une pré-autorisation sera demandée.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Le conducteur sera âgé de 25 ans minimum, et titulaire d’un permis de conduire de plus de 3 ans. Hormis certaines catégories de véhicules ; voiture de sport et catégorie haut de gamme, où le titulaire devra être en possession d’un permis de conduire depuis plus de 5 ans et être âgé de 25 ans minimum. Conducteur de moins de 25 ans, majoration de 12,00 € TTC par location. Conducteur additionnel : 30,00 € TTC par location, avec un maximum de 2 conducteurs.
ABANDONING OF THE VEHICLE
Unless previously agreed in writing by the renter, the vehicle must be returned to the agency that has established the rental contract. In the event of “force majeure”, any repatriation and inherent miscellaneous expenses will remain at the total expense of the customer.
